- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program stated and the general terms and obligations provided below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the passport issue date is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country requires visas for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no liability or enforcement authority for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND A CHANGE OF HOTEL.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a situation.
- For the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. - Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and change the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.
- When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
