- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for circumstances that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is outside BTB TOURS’s control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport–city or airport–hotel transfers are the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before completing the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
