Gather in front of the TURKISH AIRLINES counter at Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 06:00.
After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK700 at 09:00.
Upon arrival at 10:50 local time, proceed to your hotel. The rest of the day can be spent enjoying activities at your hotel and savoring the unique sea. Overnight at your hotel.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices applicable at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will be waiting to welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, arranged for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place when the sites to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide welcome takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program stated and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are travelling to and/or their flight from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting obstacle belongs to the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS undertakes only the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. As this situation is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions arranged to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip travel is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/calls from abroad.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your journey, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 travelling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent from their father; those travelling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those travelling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of such consent.
- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
