Tour Program
Day 1: Izmir – Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the Pegasus Airlines counter in front of the International Departures Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 05:40 . After completing check-in procedures at the airport, depart on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1788 at 08:40 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon arrival at local time 09:50, proceed to our hotel.
After check-in procedures, settle into your rooms. You will be informed about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Then we depart for our Sea Observation Tour and ATV Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at your hotel.
Extra Tour: Sea Observation Tour
A wonderful underwater journey conducted with 80-passenger Royal Sea Scope semi-submersible glass-bottom boats, one of the region's most luxurious options. For two hours, you can observe the magnificent marine life of the Red Sea at a depth of 3 meters without getting wet. Recommended for families with children.
Extra Tour: ATV Desert Safari Tour (single-vehicle)
Pick-up from your hotel starts this exciting, action-packed tour lasting approximately 2 hours. You will dance among the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad motorcycles, capture unforgettable moments with photo stops during the stunning sunset, and have the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. At our final stop, a Bedouin tent, you will relax with tea service before being returned to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Headscarf (bag), goggles, and 1 bottle of water cost 6 USD per person.
Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel after breakfast. Then, we depart for our Ras Mohamed Tour with Lunch by Boat. Overnight at your hotel.

You are invited to a boat tour where you will closely explore the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world located within Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas in the Red Sea! You will be picked up from your hotel and begin your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel with diving guides among the coral reefs. Additionally, a stop will be made at "White Island," a white sand island formed naturally above sea level. Here, you can take photos and indulge in treatments using the sands believed to have healing properties. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour. Soft drinks are included with the meal. Furthermore, seasonal fruit is served after lunch. *Open Buffet Menu: Salad Bar + Grilled Chicken + Grilled Meatballs + Potato Croquettes + Rice + Pasta + Dessert *Mask + Fins + Snorkel are not mandatory for participation in the tour, but those who wish can rent them before the tour begins. The daily rental fee averages $3 per item. Guests who wish can also go diving by paying an additional fee.

Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Then we depart for our Sharm El Sheikh Tour with Meals. Overnight at our hotel.

Explore Sharm El Sheikh. Visit the New and Old City: the Old Market and the famous El Sahaba Mosque, end the day at El Farsha, and enjoy shopping in the city. Dinner: Seafood Menu: Seafood Soup – Squid – Shrimp – Grilled Singari Fish – Rice Pilaf – Salad (beverages not included).
Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh – Izmir
After having breakfast early in the morning, we check out of our rooms. We transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After completing our baggage, passport, and customs procedures, we depart for Izmir on Pegasus Airlines’s PC1789 scheduled flight at 12:30. Upon arrival at 15:50 local time, our journey concludes. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the optional tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program specified, together with the general terms and obligations below, to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for or enter the border of another country or multiple countries. Since this matter is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, because they missed the group’s departure, they may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.
- When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
