Tour Program
Day 1: Konya to Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Konya Airport International Departures Terminal at 09:00. After completing ticket and departure procedures at the airport, depart at 12:00 on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon arrival at local time 13:30, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh

Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
In the morning, after an early breakfast, we depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival following a pleasant journey of approximately 7 hours, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we proceed to our hotel. Guests who wish may optionally join the extra 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay.

During our boat cruise on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights of Cairo and its nighttime views. Transportation from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Beverages consumed during the meal are not included.
Day 5: Cairo
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. *Hotel check-out and key handover time is 12:00.* Guests who wish may join the additional 'Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour.' Transfer to the airport will be made at the time determined by our guide.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 6: Cairo - Konya
After ticket and customs procedures, we fly to Konya with FREEBIRD Airlines' special flight at 02:00. Our arrival time is 03:30.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of optional tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on the destination's level of occupancy or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and at the relevant time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as stated. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program stated and the general conditions and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline may not operate their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment belongs to the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent travel.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a situation.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this situation.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and change the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the requested upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
- When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- In the event of force majeure or when it deems necessary, BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
