Day 1: Ankara – Sharm El Sheikh
At the Pegasus Airlines counter in the Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal, please meet at 14:55. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC1718 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 17:55. Upon arrival at local time 19:20, proceed to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh – Ankara
After having breakfast early in the morning, we check out of our rooms. We transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After completing our baggage, passport, and customs procedures, we depart for Ankara on Pegasus Airlines’s PC1719 scheduled flight at 07:45. Upon arrival at 11:10 local time, our journey concludes. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the designated area. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by a different guide.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a situation, information will be provided by the Operator 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to carry out due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures on the route due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, depending on the circumstances, if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of non-compliance, the Operator is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations due to availability during high season or special periods, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/several countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized tours for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content does not change. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will also automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings without omission when leaving temporarily or completely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
