Tour Program
Day 1: Istanbul – Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the Pegasus Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 04:50.
After completing airport departure procedures, we depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, on Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC630 at 07:50. Upon arrival at 09:25 local time, we proceed to our hotel.
After check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms.
You will be informed about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Then, we depart for the included dinner Sharm El Sheikh City Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Dinner Included Sharm El Sheikh City Tour
Explore Sharm El Sheikh. Visit the New and Old Towns: the Old Market and the famous El Sahaba Mosque, enjoy the evening at El Farsha, and savor shopping in the city. Dinner: Seafood Menu – Seafood Soup – Squid – Shrimp – Grilled Singari Fish – Rice Pilaf – Salad (beverages not included).
Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Then we depart for our Sea Observation Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Sea Observation Tour
A wonderful underwater journey conducted with 80-passenger Royal Sea Scope semi-submersible glass-bottom boats, the region's most luxurious. Observe the magnificent marine life of the Red Sea 3 meters below the surface without getting wet for 2 hours. Recommended for families with children.
Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Then we will depart for our ATV Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at your hotel.
Extra Tour: ATV Desert Safari Tour (single-occupancy vehicle)
This exciting and action-packed tour begins with pickup from your hotel and lasts approximately 2 hours. You will dance among the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad motorcycles, capture unforgettable moments with photo stops during a magnificent sunset, and have the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. At our final stop, the Bedouin tent, you will relax with a tea service before being returned to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Head & face covering (bag), goggles, and 1 bottle of water are 6 USD per person.
Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy activities at your hotel after breakfast. Then, we depart for our Ras Mohamed Tour with Lunch by Boat. Overnight at your hotel.
Extra Tour: Ras Mohamed Tour with Lunch by Boat
You are invited to a boat tour exploring the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world within Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas in the Red Sea! You will be picked up from your hotel and begin your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel with dive guides among the coral reefs. Additionally, a visit will be made to "White Island," a white sand island formed naturally above sea level. Here, you can take photos and indulge in treatments using the sand believed to have healing properties. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour. Soft drinks are included with the meal. Furthermore, seasonal fruit is served after the meal. *Open Buffet Menu: Salad Bar + Grilled Chicken + Grilled Meatballs + Potato Croquettes + Rice + Pasta + Dessert *Masks, fins, and snorkels are not mandatory for participation in the tour, but those who wish can rent them before the tour begins. The daily rental fee averages $3 per item. Guests who wish can also perform diving by paying an additional fee.
***White Island cannot be seen in January and February due to rising sea levels.
Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh – Istanbul
After the early breakfast, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide in the morning.
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight begins at 14:20 with Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC631. After arrival at 18:05 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour Package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency authority during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you upon arrival in the area; the included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a situation, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot depending on available facilities in areas where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations listed below must be communicated to the guests. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic Green Passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago; they are required to renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any liability whatsoever.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the Consulate. The Consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding the Passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the intermediary role. There is no penalty or liability for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator makes a visa application as an intermediary between the Passenger and the Consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- Passengers who will apply for their own visas require documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) which normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates and similar charges, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability, high season, or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms cannot guarantee 3 separate beds; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from the Operator or not, our guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country's police. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border gates; since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator accepts no liability in such cases.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content does not change. In such a situation, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to for any reason by local authorities are not conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM Operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.
- In case of force majeure or if deemed necessary, the Operator may change the order of cities in the program or the airline company flown, without altering the content of the program.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third party, they must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
