Day 1 Istanbul - Milan

Meeting in front of the International Departures Terminal Counter at Istanbul Airport. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Milan on Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 08:10. Arrival in Milan at 09:05. After passport, baggage and customs procedures, we set off for our city tour. Among the places to be visited on our tour are Duomo di Milano, which took approximately 500 years to complete and is Europe's 4th largest Cathedral, Sforza Castle, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which houses world-famous fashion stores and was opened in 1877, recognized as Europe's first indoor shopping mall. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and complete check-in procedures, and if rooms are ready, we settle into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Milan (Venice)

After breakfast, full day free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Venice tour (120 EUR). After a pleasant journey lasting approximately 3 hours, upon arrival at Tronchetto Square with our vehicle, we begin our panoramic Venice City Tour. From the square, we will take a short ferry ride (Vaporetto) to St. Mark's Square. Among the places to be visited on our tour are the famous St. Mark's Square and Church, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners looked at Venice one last time before entering the prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge over it, the Doge's Palace, the Campanile and Clock Tower, and Giorgio Maggiore Church. After this tour, free time for shopping and exploration. Guests who wish can join the extra Gondola Tour organized by our guide. After completing our tour, return to Milan. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Milan (Como – Lugano – Outlet)

After breakfast, full day free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Lake Como – Lake Lugano and Outlet tour (110 EUR). On this tour, we will first see the world-famous Lake Como, located at the foot of the Alps. Como is a city located in the Lombardy region of Italy, bordering Switzerland. The lake bearing the same name is also situated between Switzerland and Italy. The Swiss side of the lake, located at the foot of the Alps, is known as a summer residence for celebrities and jet-set society. The beauty of this charming city and lake will enchant us. Then, we cross into Switzerland and go to Lake Lugano. Here, we will enjoy the magnificent view and have the opportunity to shop from shops selling world-famous Swiss chocolates. After the tour, we head to Design Outlet, where we can find world-famous brands at affordable prices. After free time given at the Outlet, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Milan – Istanbul (Turin)

After breakfast, free time until departure time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Turin tour (45 EUR). We set off for the Turin city tour, which reflects the spirit of elegance of Italy and served as the capital of the former Kingdom of Italy. Our program begins at the magnificent Piazza Castello Square, considered the heart of the city. In this square, where you can see the finest examples of Baroque architecture, we feel the noble atmosphere of Turin amidst historical palaces and elegant arched structures. Then, we visit Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace), reflecting the splendor of the House of Savoy, and see Mole Antonelliana, one of its most striking buildings. This impressive structure, which has become the symbol of Turin, has left its mark on the city's silhouette. We walk along Via Roma, one of the city's busiest shopping streets, take a short break at Italian cafes, and have the opportunity to taste famous Turin chocolates and coffee. After our Turin City Tour, we return to Milan. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1876 at 18:55. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:55. ## General Information

- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.

- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.

- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.

- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg

- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.

- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work leave certificates, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.

- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.

- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.

- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot take place due to reasons such as being prohibited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), closed roads due to any event, or impossible weather conditions preventing the tour, Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for the non-conduct of said tours. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed access due to closed roads.

- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.

- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open/closed and weather conditions.

- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that point after the main tour is completed.

- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight-based tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.

- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour and all transfer expenses incurred in the destination area are borne by the individuals themselves.

- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of persons. For each tour, vehicle types are determined according to the number of participants:
