Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Kayseri Airport International Departures Terminal at 16:15. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 19:15. Upon arrival at local time 20:45, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh.

Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Overnight at our hotel.

Red Sea Tours

You are invited on a boat trip where you will closely discover untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater life in Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the Red Sea's most important protected areas! You will be picked up from your hotel and begin your tour at Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can swim and snorkel among the coral reefs accompanied by diving guides. IMPORTANT NOTES

- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that the content remains the same.

- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices applicable at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for optional tours.

- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the start of the excursion.

- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.

- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund conditions of the optional tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.

- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.

- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.

- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting issue is the responsibility of the guests.

- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or enforcement authority in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that could prevent boarding.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date as proof that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as stated in the passport used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.

- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine lies with our guests.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. As this is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.

- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the optional tours may not take place or the price may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.

- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. The airline's rules apply in such cases.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/messaging.

- During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

- BTB TOURS may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.

- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.

- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
