Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 23:15.

### Day 2: Istanbul / Sharm El Sheikh

After completing departure procedures at the airport, we depart at 02:15 on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK698 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon arrival at 04:25 local time, we proceed to our hotel.

After check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.

Following breakfast, you can enjoy the activities offered by your hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish may also join additional tours organized during the day. Overnight stay at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.

- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.

- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.

- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for general introductions to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees.

- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.

- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. The guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.

- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the guests’ responsibility.

- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS acts solely as an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number exactly as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.

- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests must have international travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.

- For the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days without changing their content or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.

- Airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in this situation.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by passengers. If a flight is missed for this or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest’s responsibility.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, if availability permits the requested upgrade, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.

- When leaving the means of transportation used during your trip or the hotels where you stayed, whether temporarily or permanently, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

- BTB TOURS may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.

- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.

- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
