Day 1: Departure from Istanbul - Uludağ - Festival and Night Entertainment

After picking up our guests from the designated departure points, we begin our journey toward Uludağ. Following the trip, we arrive at Uludağ and proceed to the hotels where we will be staying.

After checking in to our hotel and settling into our rooms, our guests can spend their free time as they wish. Guests who wish to do so can rent skiing and snowboarding equipment and start enjoying the slopes of Uludağ.

Our festival fun begins with the After Ski Party, held between 14.00 – 18.00. After enjoying skiing and fun during the day, we have dinner at our hotel in the evening.

After dinner, the fun continues where it left off. We complete our first day filled with music and entertainment with Night Club events, DJ performances and an opening party, held between 23.00 – 04.00.

Breakfast:Will be provided as a LunchBox in the vehicle.

Lunch:Included in the tour price and will be served at our hotel.

Day 2: Continued Skiing Fun in Uludağ - Festival and Night Entertainment

We start the day with breakfast at our hotel. After breakfast, we dedicate our day to skiing, snowboarding and festival fun. Guests who wish to ski or snowboard on the slopes of Uludağ can enjoy the winter, while others can spend their free time as they like.

We continue the fun where we left off with the After Ski Party, held between 14.00 – 18.00. After the day, following dinner at our hotel, we move into night entertainment accompanied by DJ performances and visual shows.

We complete our second day with a night full of music, dance and fun, with Night Club events held between 23.00 – 04.00.

Day 3: Uludağ - Istanbul

After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and load our belongings into the vehicle. For the rest of the day, guests who wish to can ski, or spend their free time at Uludağ. We depart from Uludağ at 16.30. After a stop for İskender kebab in central Bursa, we continue our return journey, completing our tour. We bid farewell, hoping to see you again on your next trip.

Brief Information About the Hotels Where We Will Provide Accommodation

Beceren Hotel Uludağ

Beceren Hotel offers a comfortable and fun winter holiday for families and groups of friends in Uludağ Zone 1.

Thanks to its location close to the snow-covered slopes, the hotel is an ideal choice for adventurous skiing holidays.

Included in the paid single-card system, guests at the facility can rent ski equipment and take lessons.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner served as a buffet are free of charge; tea and coffee in the lobby are served at certain hours.

The à la carte restaurant in the Beceren Cafe building provides paid service to both hotel guests and outside visitors between 08.00–19.00.

The minibar is paid; afternoon tea, late breakfast and extended meal hours throughout the day enhance the guest experience.

Grand Yazıcı Uludağ

Located in Uludağ Zone 1, Grand Yazıcı is one of the most popular and established facilities of the ski season.

With a total of 235 rooms, the facility offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms.

The indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool and fitness center are offered free of charge.

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, together with unlimited domestic beverage service, are part of the concept.

Live music is offered at dinner 6 days a week between 20.12.2025 and 20.03.2026.

The mini club, game room, open parking and self-service hot beverages throughout the day are free for guests.

Room check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is until 12.00; pets are not accepted and ski activities vary depending on weather conditions.

Oksijen Zone Uludağ Hotel

Located at the highest point of Uludağ Zone 1 Development Area, Oksijen Zone Hotels is a new-generation winter hotel with a luxury concept and personalized service, opened in the 2020–2021 season.

Located right in the middle of three different slopes and at zero distance from four ski lifts, it gives guests direct access to all slopes in Zones 1 and 2.

Guests are welcomed at the entrance with warm towels and roasted chestnuts, and at departure with hot coffee in the car, and receive 24-hour personal assistant service from the CRM team.

In the lobby, special treats are served in two separate fireplace areas and in the special "pleasant bay window" seating section, accompanied by snow views.

Breakfast buffet with fresh, branded products from world cuisines, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea and night soup are included in the Full Board Plus concept.

Hammam, sauna, steam room, salt room, massage and care services offered in collaboration with "Efor Spa" provide guests with a peaceful wellness experience.

#21 Hotel Uludağ

Alkoçlar Uludağ is a classic facility located in Uludağ Zone 1 Development Area, offering guests a traditional ski holiday with its established history and mountain hotel concept. With its skiing, family and mountain tourism concepts, the facility is a popular meeting point for winter sports enthusiasts and holidaymakers. Guests are offered a rich buffet in the hotel's restaurants, and some domestic beverages and treats included in the concept are provided.   • OUR TOUR DEPARTURES ARE ON THE DATES SPECIFIED.
  • During the tour, we absolutely cannot promise or guarantee a seat number. Please do not insist.
  • Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times; please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. Our vehicles depart on time. Guests who arrive late and cannot join the tour have no right to make any claim. Before the tour date, the tour staff's contact number will be sent to the phone number you provided during reservation as a text message. Please make sure the contact number you provide is correct. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with you.
  • In cases where children under 18 years of age (not of legal age) do not travel with one or both of their parents, the consent documents required for participation in the tour must be carried with the individuals during the journey.
  • The Guide has the right to make changes to the timing and program flow if deemed necessary due to weather conditions or unfavorable road conditions, provided the entire program is carried out. Hotels specified in the program may be changed provided they are equivalent in standard and location.
  • Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation and excursions, and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. rights are not refunded.

Day 2: Continuing the Ski Fun at Uludağ - Festival and Night Entertainment

We start the day with breakfast at our hotel. After breakfast, we dedicate our day to skiing, snowboarding and festival fun. Guests who wish can enjoy the winter by skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Uludağ, while others can spend their free time as they like.

With the After Ski Party held between 14.00 – 18.00, we continue the fun right where we left off. After dinner at our hotel, we move on to the night's entertainment with DJ performances and visual shows.

We complete our second day with a night full of music, dance and fun at the Night Club events held between 23.00 – 04.00.

Day 3: Uludağ - Istanbul

After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and load our belongings into our vehicle. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may go skiing or spend their free time on Uludağ. We depart from Uludağ at 16:30. After the İskender lunch stop we will provide in Bursa city center, we continue our return journey and complete our tour, bidding farewell in the hope of seeing you again on your next trip.
