Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times. Please be at the departure point at least 5 minutes before departure. Our vehicles depart on time. Guests who arrive late and miss the tour may not make any claims. Before the tour participation date, the tour staff member’s contact number will be sent via text message to the phone number you provided during booking. Please make sure that the contact number you provided is correct. Otherwise, you will be responsible.
If children under the age of 18, who are not legally adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
The guide reserves the right to make changes to the timing and itinerary, provided that the entire program is carried out, if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, adverse road conditions, or other circumstances. Hotels listed in the program may be changed, provided they are of the same standard and in the same area.
Our tour is a package comprising guiding services, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions, and these cannot be considered separately. No refunds will be provided for unused transportation, accommodation, local excursions, or other services.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be postponed to a different date or canceled. In such cases, we are required to notify our guests personally 1 (one) day in advance. The minimum number of participants is 25.
Tatilciniz Turizm is not responsible under any circumstances for places that cannot be visited despite being included in the tour program, whether due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, congestion at sites, etc.) or because our guests do not follow the timings provided by our guide.

Child discounts on tours with accommodation apply when accompanied by two adults.
Foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Türkiye do not pay an additional fee for this tour. As the museum pass is exclusively for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, it is not provided to foreign guests. The most recently published circular supersedes the previous circular.
