IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
  • In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a situation, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites. 
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within available limits at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
  • Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of failure to comply, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.                    
  • The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
  • When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent travel due to such errors.
  • The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
  • Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
  • Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, in such cases, the Operator bears no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties.
  • To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
  • Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
  • Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/calls received. 
  • While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently. 
  • The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
  • The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
  • The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
  • General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.

 

 

Tour Program
Day 1: Istanbul / Cairo

Meet at the AIRCAIRO HAVAYOLLARI counter in front of the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 09:15. After completing departure procedures at the airport, we will depart on AIRCAIRO Airlines' scheduled flight SM304 at 12:15 to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon our arrival at 13:20 local time, during our panoramic city tour, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions such as the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.

After the city tour, transfer to our hotel. After C.in procedures, free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the

'Dinner Cruise on the Nile' organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy our dinner accompanied by live music and also have the chance to savor Cairo's lights and nighttime views. Day 2: Cairo

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the 'Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour (with lunch)', which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.

Day 3: Cairo - Aswan

We will vacate our rooms at the time determined by our guide and transfer to the airport. After baggage handling and check-in procedures, we depart for Aswan at 06:20 via Air Cairo flight SM129. Upon arrival in Aswan at 07:40, we begin our city tour. Our tour first includes a visit to the Aswan High Dam. Next, we visit the Tabiya Mosques, followed by free time at Aswan Bazaar where you can shop and explore the local atmosphere of the city. Then, we proceed to our hotel for check-in procedures and free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the additional Philae Temple and Unfinished Obelisk Tour with Lunch. Before starting our tour, we have lunch and then begin our program. The first stop of our tour is the Philae Temple, accessible by boat. While exploring this unique structure, one of the most magnificent and best-preserved temples of Ancient Egypt, accompanied by our guide, we discover up close its enchanting atmosphere on the island and its history. Next, we visit the Unfinished Obelisk, one of the most remarkable artifacts from antiquity. Here, we complete our tour by learning from our guide about how large granite blocks were worked in Ancient Egypt, the process of obelisk construction, and the story behind this unfinished monumental work.

Day 4: Aswan to Luxor

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and set off towards Luxor in our vehicle. During our enjoyable journey, which will take approximately 5 hours, we have the opportunity to observe Egypt's natural landscapes and local life. Upon arrival in Luxor, we proceed to our hotel. We move into the hotel and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may optionally join an additional Lunch-Included Karnak and Luxor Temples Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

After having lunch, we begin our tour to discover two of the most impressive heritage sites of Ancient Egypt. Our first stop will be the Karnak Temple, recognized as the largest open-air temple complex in the world. Guided by our guide, during this visit we learn about massive columns, grand courtyards, sacred lakes, and impressive structures bearing the traces of pharaohs, while witnessing up close the splendor of Ancient Egypt.

Following our visit to Karnak, we proceed to the Luxor Temple, located on the east bank of the Nile River and one of the most important religious centers of the ancient city of Thebes. As we explore this unique structure that has survived from the time of the pharaohs to the present day, we receive information from our guide about the temple's history, architecture, and its story spanning from the past to the present. After discovering these two magnificent temples among the most impressive works of Ancient Egypt, we conclude our tour and return to our hotel.

Day 5: Luxor

After our breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple Tour with Lunch. Overnight at our hotel.

In our tour exploring the western bank of Luxor, one of the most impressive regions of ancient Egypt, we first visit the Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of the pharaohs. Then, we tour the Hatshepsut Temple, known for its impressive architecture, and take a short break at the Alabaster Workshop, where traditional stone craftsmanship is showcased. After our visit, we have lunch. Finally, we complete our tour by viewing the Memnon Colossi in panoramic fashion, two iconic symbols of Luxor.

Day 6: Luxor – Hurghada

In the morning, after breakfast taken at an early hour, we check out from our hotels and set off by vehicle from Luxor to Hurghada. After a pleasant journey lasting approximately 4 hours, we arrive in Hurghada and settle into the hotel. Guests who wish can additionally join the ‘Hurghada City Tour’ which will be organized separately. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 7: Hurghada

The Giftun reserve, one of the most beautiful islands in the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. During our full-day boat tour, you can observe the underwater world with a snorkel and fully enjoy all the island's attractions. Limited non-alcoholic beverages and lunch will be served on our boat. Guests who wish may also go scuba diving upon prior notice to our guide and for an additional fee. Sunbed and umbrella fees, as well as the National Park entrance fee, are included in the price.

Day 8: Hurghada / Istanbul

In the morning, after an early breakfast, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AIRCAIRO Airlines' SM307 scheduled flight begins at 13:20. Upon arrival at 17:20 local time, our journey ends.
