Important Notes:

  • A passport valid for at least 6 months is required to cover the minimum tour duration for this tour.
  • Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
  • The city where the plane lands may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for time changes made by airlines or any potential delays.
  • Airline rules apply to group tickets; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
  • In general, checked baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Atlas International.
  • If there are insufficient participants for the package tour, cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
  • The tour route specified in the program is an example route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. Tours specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day than indicated due to the guide's discretion or any other reason.

  • Extra tours can only be conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is lower, they may be conducted at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with adjusted prices. Atlas International cannot be held responsible if these tours or excursions cannot be carried out.
  • Extra tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited for at the rest stop.
  • Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Atlas International cannot be held responsible if these tours or excursions cannot be carried out.
  • Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the price.          
  • Atlas International reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
  • All hotel names mentioned in the programs, etc., (and similar) are written as examples regarding star category and distance. This does not imply that accommodation will be made at the named hotels.
  • In triple rooms, an extra bed arrangement applies; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable/extendable bed.
  • If children under 18 years of age (not considered legal adults) do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the required consent letters during travel.
  • In case of cancellation or changes, the "Atlas International Sales Contract" applies.
Tour Program
Day 1: Istanbul – London

Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in the Istanbul Airport international departures terminal 3 hours before departure. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, we depart for London on Turkish Airlines flight TK1981 at 07:55. Upon our arrival in London at 09:55 local time, we begin exploring the magnificent works of the majestic city of London with our vehicle waiting for us in the area. Among the cities visited by millions of tourists worldwide each year, our city tour in London includes Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Westminster Bridge, Oxford and Regent shopping streets, and the River Thames. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: London

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our guests who wish can join the extra tour "Magnificent Icons of London (London Eye & Westminster & Thames River Boat)". (120 GBP) The London Eye, opened to visitors in 2000, has a height of 135 meters and 36 passenger capsules. The 36 capsules represent London's 36 boroughs. With its height of 135 meters, the London Eye, which is Europe's largest observation wheel, merges with the Thames River and offers magnificent views of London. Our second stop on the tour will be the Westminster area. Among the places to see here are Westminster Abbey (St. Peter's Church), where the traditional coronation and funeral ceremonies of the British Royal Family take place, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and West End. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel following a boat tour on the Thames River, one of London's symbols that divides the city into two. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: London

After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, our guests who wish can join the extra scheduled Grand Oxford & Bicester Village Outlet tour. (100 GBP) Located in the southeast of England, Oxford is one of the country's centers of history and culture. The city, home to one of the world's oldest and most prestigious universities, Oxford University, with its picturesque architecture as well as its cosmopolitan character due to the presence of students, and a vibrant and modern lifestyle driven by light industry and technology, makes it a wonderful destination. After our visit, we head to Bicester Village, one of the best shopping centers in England. Opened in 1995 and closed to traffic since then, this outlet center, famous for its more than 150 shops and cafes, allows you to find many products at discounted prices.

Day 4: London – Istanbul

After having breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures. Then, at the time announced by our guide, we depart for the airport. Following baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1998 at 17:35. Arrival is at 23:30 local time, marking the end of our tour.
