• You have the option to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this case, you must land only at Sharm El Sheikh Airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region.

• If you want to participate in Cairo Pyramid Tours, after the Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh flight and before passport control, you need to obtain an Egypt visa for 30 USD.

• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may vary depending on regional density or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to optional tours.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions for the optional tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with narration by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, among others. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, guests must be informed of the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that the visa was not used within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being denied entry at the border. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS's control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for such excursions or tours not taking place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals concerned. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as per the previous provision, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• BTB TOURS may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent document from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of such a consent document.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
