Tour Program
Day 1 Istanbul – Baku
Meeting at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for Baku at 13:25 on Ajet Airlines flight VF177. Arrival in Baku at 17:15 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures; we start exploring Baku, where East meets West, and history blends seamlessly with modern architecture. Our program begins at the High Park, one of the most impressive panoramic spots in the city. From here, you can see the Caspian Sea, Flame Towers, and the mesmerizing city view of Baku; photo breaks are taken to immortalize these unique images. During our ongoing city tour; we will panoramically view the Baku Olympic Stadium, which hosts international events and is distinguished by its modern architecture, SOCAR Tower, symbolizing Azerbaijan's energy power and one of the landmarks of the city skyline, the Governor's Garden, recognized as one of Baku's oldest and well-maintained green spaces, the Government House, which boasts grand architecture that has remained from the Soviet era, and the State Philharmonic Hall, considered the heart of the city's cultural and artistic life. We will also pass through some parts of the world-renowned Formula 1 city circuit hosted in Baku to closely identify the sporting and organizational face of modern Baku. Our tour continues along Baku Boulevard, which stretches along the Caspian Sea. Along the way, we will visit the National Carpet Museum, noted for its remarkable architecture. Then, free time is provided at Nizami Street (Torgovaya), one of the liveliest and most popular spots in the city, where you can spend quality time among historical structures, chic cafes, and shops. After the free time, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. Guests who wish can optionally join the Azerbaijani Night organized at an additionally cost (75 USD).

Day 2 Baku  ( Modern Baku and Old City)
After the breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the city tour of Baku with our guide (55 USD). The tour starts with a panoramic view of the White City, an emblem of modern Baku, with information provided about the city's contemporary architecture and new living areas. Afterward, a visit to the Military Trophy Park (entrance included) will take place, where the guide will discuss Azerbaijan's recent history and national values. Following the tour, free time will be provided for shopping and relaxation, during which one of Baku's leading shopping centers will be visited. The program continues with a visit to the Modern Art Museum (entrance included), showcasing works by Azerbaijani artists, and then a photo break will take place at the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by the world-famous architect Zaha Hadid. The tour will continue with a short stroll around the Governor's Garden and the State Philharmonic Hall, with the day culminating in a visit to the Old City (Icheri Sheher), listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This area features views of the Shirvanshahs' Palace, Maiden Tower, historic caravanserais, mosques, and traditional baths seen from the outside, giving a deep sense of historical atmosphere. After the program, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Baku – ( Gobustan and First Oil Well )
After the breakfast at the hotel, for those who wish, on this extra tour (45 USD), the legendary Gobustan National Reserve (entrance included), listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, will be visited. Rock carvings dating back approximately 10,000 years will be seen, and prior to that, detailed information will be provided about Gobustan's history, geological structure, flora, and fauna at the modern and interactive museum. On the return journey, views of the Flag Square, Crystal Hall, the site of the world's first mechanical oil well (1846) and the Bibi-Heybat Mosque will be seen panoramically.

Day 4 Baku - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel we ensure our transfer to Baku Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 17:35 on Ajet Airlines flight VF178, arriving in Istanbul at 19:40 local time. We hope to see you on your next journey…

  INFORMATION ,
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in the seating plan; no fixed seats or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if less than 20 days remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports or work leave certificates obtained from Turkish authorities submitted with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the departure date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specific names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-down or coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for a 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package, served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, are generally offered as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are maximum 2–3 hour tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary for general city introduction; they do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out due to reasons such as restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing access or entry on the scheduled day and time (even if other tours in the program are accessible), closures due to any event, or impassable roads caused by weather conditions, Viyatravel shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, where possible, at points where vehicle access is restricted.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held liable for any adverse situations arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who wish not to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for persons participating in flight-based tours are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline’s website prior to the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for failures to board flights by guests who fail to appear at the designated airport at the times specified by Viyatravel for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All costs incurred for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for those who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0–2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of passengers. The vehicle type for each tour is determined according to the number of participants:

- For all our flights, the weight of your single piece of checked baggage must not exceed 23 kg.
- Carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in terms of size and weight. These dimensions are set at 40x20x55 cm and 8 kg.
- All guests are deemed to have accepted the above terms upon completing the tour purchase.
