IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
  • In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • In our programs, the guide will meet guests in the area visited. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. 
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
  • Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guest.                    
  • The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
  • When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent travel resulting from such errors.
  • The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations due to availability during high season or special periods, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
  • Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
  • Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of encountering such fines due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, it is accepted that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
  • To provide economic and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
  • Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
  • Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
  • To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. 
  • While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently. 
  • In case of force majeure or if deemed necessary, the Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company flown without altering the content of the program.
  • The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
  • The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.

 

 

Tour Program
Day 1: Istanbul - Sharm El Sheikh

Meet at the AJET AIRLINES counter in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 19:25. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF255 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 22:25. Upon arrival at 23:55 local time, proceed to our hotel. After check-in procedures, settle into your rooms. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the additional 'Sea Scope (Sea Observation Tour)' and 'ATV Desert Safari Tour' that will be organized separately. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Sea Scope (Sea Observation) Tour // 50 USD per Adult – 30 USD per Child

This amazing underwater journey takes place in the Royal Sea Scope, an 80-passenger semi-submersible glass-bottom boat, one of the most luxurious in the region. For two hours, you can observe the magnificent marine life 3 meters below the surface of the Red Sea without getting wet. Recommended for families with children.

 

Extra Tour: ATV Desert Safari // Single-seat ATV 30 USD, Two-seat ATV 20 USD per person (No child discount)

Pick-up from your hotel starts this exciting and action-packed tour lasting approximately 2 hours. You will dance among the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad motorcycles, capture unforgettable moments with photo stops during a stunning sunset, and have the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. At our final stop, a Bedouin tent, you will relax with tea service before being returned to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Head & face covering (bag), goggles, and 1 bottle of water cost 6 USD per person.

Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh

Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the ‘Ras Mohamed Boat Tour’ and ‘Sharm El Sheikh City Tour with Lunch’, which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Extra Tour: Ras Mohamed Boat Tour with Lunch // 60 USD per Adult – 40 USD per Child

You are invited to a boat tour to explore the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world of Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas in the Red Sea! You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel with dive guides among the coral reefs. Additionally, you will visit "White Island," a white sand island formed naturally above sea level. Here you can take photos and enjoy the healing properties of the sand for self-care. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour. Soft drinks are included with the meal. Also, seasonal fruit is served after the meal. *Open Buffet Menu: Salad Bar + Grilled Chicken + Grilled Meatballs + Potato Croquettes + Rice + Pasta + Dessert **Mask + Fins + Snorkel are not mandatory for participation in the tour, but guests who wish can rent them before the tour starts. Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo

In the morning, after an early breakfast, we set off for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival after a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour: Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, free time. Overnight at our hotel.

 

Day 5: Cairo

Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the additional ' Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour ' and 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Overnight at our hotel.

Extra Tour: Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum tour (with lunch) // $115 per adult – $85 per child

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.

Extra Tour: Dinner Cruise on the Nile // $75 per adult – $55 per child

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music and have the opportunity to savor the lights and night views of Cairo. Transfer from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.

Day 6: Cairo

In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. Hotel check-out and key handover time is 12:00. Guests who wish can join the additional 'Alexandria Tour'.

 

Extra Tour: Alexandria tour (with lunch) // 110 USD per Adult – 70 USD per Child

Alexandria, Egypt's second-largest city, was founded by Alexander the Great and named after him; it was one of the most important metropolises of antiquity. Among the main sights we will visit are the Montaza Palace Gardens, the Roman Amphitheater, the historic castle, the Library of Alexandria, and Abu al Abbas Mosque. We will have lunch at a fish restaurant.

Day 7: Cairo - Istanbul

Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines, scheduled flight VF248, begins at 04:55. Upon arrival at 08:25 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.
