IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is fewer than 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the optional tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices of optional tours may change depending on destination density or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to optional tours.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with commentary by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for international travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the guests' own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform guests of the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting obstacle belongs to the guests.                    
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent travel.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date as proof that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block one according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside the control of BTB TOURS, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
• For the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and the trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls. 
• During your trip, when briefly or completely leaving the means of transport you use or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, in the event of force majeure or whenever it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
