• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund conditions of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. Some tours may be operated by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide welcomes guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory that the tour program specified, as well as the general terms and obligations set out below, be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Turkish Republic, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment lies with the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of signing the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS's control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
• For the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to operate such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Individuals must follow this information. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause, if necessary). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
• When leaving the means of transportation you use during your trip or the hotels where you stay, either for a short period or permanently, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, or from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
