### Day 1: Istanbul / Sharm Sheikh

Be at the AJET AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 20:40 . After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF255 at 23:40 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination.

### Day 2: Sharm Sheikh

After our arrival at 01:05 local time, we will transfer to our hotel. After check-in, we will settle into our rooms and stay overnight at our hotel.

Extra Tour: Ras Mohamed Tour by Boat // Per person 60 USD adult – 35 USD child fee

You are invited to a boat trip where you will closely discover the pristine coral reefs and vibrant underwater world within Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the Red Sea's most important reserve areas. You will be picked up from your hotel and begin your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel among the coral reefs accompanied by dive guides. In addition, a stop will be made at the white sand island formed by a natural formation on the sea, called "White Island." Here you can take photos and pamper yourself with its sands believed to be healing. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour. Soft drinks are included in the meal. Seasonal fruit is also served after the meal.

### Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo

In the morning, after having breakfast early, we will check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, the Museum of Islamic History, the Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check into our hotel for overnight stay.

### Day 5: Cairo

Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? On this day, when we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world’s richest museums, we will have our lunch at a local restaurant. After the breakfast to be taken early in the morning, we check out from our hotels and set off from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, towards the exotic holiday destination of Hurghada; after a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, we arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon and check into the hotel. Giftun reserve area, one of the most beautiful islands in the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. On our full-day boat trip, you can observe the underwater world with snorkeling and enjoy all the beauties of the island to the fullest. Limited soft drinks and lunch will be served on our boat. Our guests who wish may do scuba diving at an extra charge, provided they inform our guide in advance. The sunbed and umbrella fee, and the National Park entrance fee are included in the price.

### Day 8: Hurghada

In the morning, after breakfast, free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. We will check out by vacating our rooms as of 12:00. Guests who wish may join the tours to be arranged at an additional cost. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.

The Luxor region, where you can see many of the most important works of the mysterious history of Egypt together, is only 3.5 hours away from Hurghada. On this trip, which we will depart from our hotel early in the morning and return in the evening, we will visit the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, the Hatshepsut Temple, the Memnon Monuments, and the Nile Delta in detail, accompanied by our expert guide. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during our trip. Lunch and museum entrance fees are included in this tour.

### Day 9: Hurghada / Istanbul

After ticketing and customs procedures, our flight departs at 03:35 on AJET Airlines’ scheduled VF252 flight. Following arrival at 06:15 local time, our journey comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- In order to benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that their content remains the same.

- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices stated by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.

- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

- Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund conditions of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by the AGENCY 2 days before the tour departure date.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with a guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees.

- The AGENCY is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within the available facilities, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.

- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be carried out with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. The AGENCY is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot be held responsible in any way.

- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.

- The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; the AGENCY has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. The AGENCY has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When the AGENCY applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The AGENCY is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting circumstance that may prevent travel.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to demonstrate that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER purchased the tour by accepting the RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND A HOTEL CHANGE.

- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel according to availability.

- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

- Whether obtained from the AGENCY or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through a border gate; since this situation is outside the AGENCY’s control, the parties agree that the AGENCY has no responsibility in such a case.

- For the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits, our guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days without changing their content or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, the AGENCY is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.

- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in the relevant case.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before carrying out the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/roaming.

- When leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or completely, during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

- The AGENCY may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.

- The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.

- The AGENCY is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
