Upon arrival at 10:15 local time, proceed to your hotel. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. - BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted. - In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide. - The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. - To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below must be communicated to guests. Guests shall be deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance. - Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way. - To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. - Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, guests are responsible for any impediment. - BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms. - When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions. - If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest. - Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES. - Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability. - Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults. - The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. - Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. - At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility. - Whether or not they obtain it from BTB TOURS, our guests must have international travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest. - Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, the parties agree that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case. - Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days without changing their content or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable available alternative. Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change. - Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours. - The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The airline’s rules apply in such cases. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket in accordance with the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport–city or airport–hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility. - Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade, subject to availability. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. - To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls. - When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. - In the event of force majeure or whenever it deems necessary, BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, provided that the content of the program is not altered. - BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same. - BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. - Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father.
