## Tour Program

### Day 1: Samsun - Cairo

Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the International Departures Terminal of Samsun Çarşamba Airport at 05:30. After completing ticket and departure procedures at the airport, depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight at 08:30.

Upon arrival at Sphinx International Airport at local time 11:00, proceed to downtown Cairo. During our panoramic city tour after arriving in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist sites such as the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.

After the city tour, proceed to our hotel. Guests who wish may additionally join the Dinner Cruise on the Nile. Check-in and overnight stay at our hotel.

In the morning, after our early breakfast, guests who wish may enjoy free time to partake in the hotel's activities. Guests who prefer can also join the Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour organized as an extra option. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. You are invited to a boat trip where you will closely discover the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world in Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the Red Sea's most important protected areas! IMPORTANT NOTES

- To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that their content remains the same.

- Prices of optional tours may change depending on regional occupancy or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for optional tours.

- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.

- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours.

- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.

- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees.

- BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.

- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.

- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the guests' responsibility.

- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date, proving that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.

- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this matter is beyond BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.

- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.

- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must follow this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.

- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.

- When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

- BTB TOURS may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.

- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.

- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
