After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK700 at 09:00. (April 7th departure 07:40-09:25) Upon arrival at 10:50 local time, proceed to your hotel. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Overnight at your hotel. ### Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel after breakfast. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours. - Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund conditions of the optional tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. - BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted. - In our tour programs, the guide welcome takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide. - The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. - We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all the clauses in advance. - Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way. - To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. - Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any impediment belongs to the guests. - BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions. - When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential disruptions. - If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest. - There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES. - Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability. - Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults. - The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. - Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. - During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility. - Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they are subject to such a penalty because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guests. - Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case. - Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change. - Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours. - The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the flights are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility. - Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any price difference arising in this situation is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. - To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is open for international calls/making and receiving calls. - When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. - BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary. - BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same. - BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. - Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent form from their father if travelling with their mother, from their mother if travelling with their father, and from both their mother and father if travelling with a third person.
