BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect wording on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions. - If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest. - Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. If a guest is subject to such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest. - Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a situation. - Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are excursions arranged to introduce cities. City tours and optional excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change. - Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours. - The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip travel is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals concerned. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility. - Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade.
