At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable possible alternative to our valued guests. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change. - Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place. - The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in this situation. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves.
